Shipping Policy and How Rangate Can Help You

High Level Shipping Notes
- Free Shipping: Rangate (We) offers free ground shipping for some of our products and bulk volume orders to most address in the U.S. and Canada. Should we not able to offer free shipping on your order, we will calculate the shipping fee based on your address and carrier's level of service. We will also offer you to pay only the difference in freight as if we were able to cover some or all of the ground shipping fee. - Rangate (Our) daily cutoff is usually noon Pacific Time on our working days (which can be different than the Purchase's (yours)). Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped out on the same day when the order is placed.
- Please completing your purchase online first if your order is urgent. Then give us a call. This will help us speed up processing your shipment.

Rangate's warehouse normal hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Pacific Time. Our shipping department is closed on the following dates:
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Any major national, state, and provincial holidays
Shipment Processing Procedures
Below is our Procedures on Shipping:
- Our daily order processing cut-off is noon Pacific Time on Rangate's working days. This means any order the is completed online after 12:00 pm Pacific Time, or on Rangate's non-working days, will be processed on the next business day.
- When odd chances, should Rangate not able to process the Purchaser's order that has been completed online at or before noon on our working days, Rangate will notify the Purchaser by phone and/or by email immediately.
- Should you, the Purchase, have an order that must get shipped the same day as the order date, please complete your purchasing online, then immediately call Rangate at 888-810-2522 x0. We will confirm that your order has been received, and let you know if we are able to ship out the same day.
- Rangate reserves the right to choose a particular carrier and/or upgrade your shipment to the next faster level to ensure proper delivery. The decision is made when the actual shipping label is created. Carrier selection can change especially to residential addresses, and addresses that can only be delivered by or are chosen by common couriers to be delivered by the post office.
- If there is any increase in shipping cost that cannot be covered by Rangate, such as costs incurred by a new delivery address since an order is placed, the Purchaser is responsible to reimburse Rangate.
Other Purchase Policy Details and Delivery Address Changes
- All product pricing are without any freight and are ExWorks (EXW). Purchase has the right to select a carrier and/or the level of shipping service. If a particular carrier is required, Purchaser can contact Rangate directly in writing by emailing support [at] rangate.com or by fax at 888-750-6490.
- Rangate will ship products with a declared value for carrier's loss. Carrier and Purchaser assumes liability once an order is accepted by a carrier for shipping.
- Should there be any condition change ("Modifications"), Rangate reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost at any time. These Modifications include, but not limited to, any address changes since the order is paid by the Purchaser, and any additional shipping charges incurred by non-deliverable address, refused shipments, return of shipment, storage due to Purchaser's inability to receive shipment, and re-shipment of any orders to the same or new address due to the unsuccessful delivery of the original order to an address provided by the Purchaser.
- Should the Purchaser's refuse to accept any additional charges due to the Modifications by the Purchaser, Rangate reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the order prior to shipping. If the order is already shipped out prior the Modifications take place, the Purchaser agrees to pay any additional costs immediately, while the shipment is in transit.
Final Details
Special order items are quoted with "Ex Works" terms unless specified as "Door to Door Pricing" included in the product price. With "Ex Works" pricing, including out-of-country delivering orders, Purchaser is quoted with product pricing and freight (or delivery) pricing separately on its own line item. Delivery pricing will be based on Purchaser's desired delivery date. Purchaser authorizes Rangate to select an appropriate shipping medium and method from factory in attempt to meet Purchaser's desired delivery date. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped out on the same day when the order is placed. Delivery date is always an estimate with best attempts and is not guaranteed, especially for Ocean Freight shipments. Purchaser will be quoted and be responsible for, in addition to product pricing, but not limited to, any inland freight, port receiving charges, forwarding fees, loading fees, transportation and freight fees, foreign port charges, Customs brokerage, duties and taxes, insurance and final delivery charges. Standard items that are to be shipped within the same destination country as Rangate will be quoted with Purchaser-paid Freight/Shipping costs for services being performed by Common Carrier such as UPS, FedEx and Postal Service. Purchaser authorizes Rangate to arrange pickup and delivery with a Common Carrier and charge Purchaser for such pickup and delivery including, but not limited to, packing fees, pickup fees, declared value and/or insurance fee, freight cost, fuel surcharges, residential and/or inside delivery surcharges, special delivery surcharges, lift-gate or other special transport and delivery equipment surcharges, and any holding surcharge prior to any pickup at Rangate's fulfillment location. Purchaser has the right to shipment tracking number(s) and assumes the Common Carrier's delivery terms and condition as well as service level agreements including scheduled vs. actual delivery dates. Purchaser may authorize Rangate to use Purchaser's particular carrier and carrier account; packing and/or special pickup fee may be added to the invoice and collected prior to shipment pickup. No will-call or in-person pickup is offered by Rangate.
International Delivery Terms
Those items for shipment to countries outside of the Rangate company country may be subject to customs brokerage, taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, Purchaser agrees to authorize Rangate to designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as Purchaser’s agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear the shipped items, process and remit the actual Import Fees for such item. Purchaser will be responsible to paying any Import Fee to the Designated Carrier. Should any item be return due to failure of payment of any Import Fee, any additional fee including, but not limited to, any return freight, customs brokerage and other charges are the responsibility of Purchaser. Such item automatically becomes non-refundable and non-returnable immediately, and Purchaser must make new arrangements with Rangate or a new Designated Carrier to deliver such items. Purchaser further agrees that the Designated Carriers may disclose to Rangate (as applicable) the amount of actual Import Fees levied on the item purchased from Rangate. To obtain details regarding the actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, Purchaser is required to contact the Designated Carrier in Purchaser’s country directly. For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). Purchaser is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Rangate, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
