Returns and Refund Policy

We are sorry to hear that you may be returning your purchase!
Before you return any products purchased, please review the following and follow the steps below. Should you have any questions, please contact us at 888-810-2522 or by email at support [at] rangate.com.
Before you return, please be aware of the procedure below:
- Products that are made-to-order, custom made, special ordered, configured-to-order are not returnable or refundable. Gift cards are also not refundable. Please see Gift Cards terms and conditions in our Terms of Service.
- We regret that we will not be able to accept any return of any products that have been purchased or delivered outside of the United State and Canada. All products delivered outside of the United States and Canada are final purchases and will not be returnable or refundable.
- The Purchaser may request in writing a return of an UNUSED and UNOPENED standard item within 30 calendar days upon receipt of such item. "In writing" means by email or by fax. Any return request is ONLY reviewed and responded by Rangate, in the same request method, upon Purchaser's written request by emailing a request to support [at] rangate.com, or by faxing a request to 888-750-6940. In such request, please provide the invoice #, and the list of items and qualities proposed to be returned.
- Rangate will only respond to a return request in writing. If the return request is accepted by Rangate in writing, Rangate will provide:
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number,
- a carrier's shipping label that is prepaid by Rangate**, and
- a Summary of Charges and Refund
- A 25% of a restocking fee, any return shipping costs, plus any applied discount that the order would otherwise not qualified without the purchase of such returning products, will be subtracted from the expected refund. This will be clearly stated in the Summary of Charges and Refund.
- If the Purchase agrees to the Summary of Charges and Refund, the Purchaser must reply in writing that the Summary of Charges and Refund is accepted, and ship out the return within 14 calendar days from the date Rangate provides the RMA number.
- No returns will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued if:
- The Purchase does not request in writing a return and obtain a RMA number from Rangate.
- The Purchaser does not accept the Summary of Charges and Refund before shipping the return.
- The Purchaser does not obtain and provide Rangate a scan proof from the shipping carrier, within 14 calendar days after Rangate issues the RMA number.
- Upon carrier's delivery, Rangate has up to its 10 business days to review the RMA and inspect the returned shipment, before issuing the refund listed on the mutually accepted Summary of Charges and Refund, minus any additional shipping and third-party return costs if incurred on any shipment not using the shipping label provided by Rangate. Any applicable sales taxes will also be refunded according to law. Uncollected sales and use taxes are always Purchaser's responsibility.
** On the return address: Please note that Rangate has the right to predetermine the return's shipping address to one of Rangate's warehouses or an alternative address. This address will be in the contiguous 48 States U.S. if the original product was delivered in the U.S. Likewise, if the original product was delivered in Canada, the returning address shall be in one of the provinces of Canada. The Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs to an address within the delivered country. Rangate will provide a RMA, a return label, and the associated chargeable return shipping fee, to the Purchaser. The final refund will be subtracted by this shipping costs prepaid by Rangate. Should Rangate decide to ship the return to a country different than the Purchaser's order-delivered country, Rangate will pay for the difference in cost if any. Shipper must accept the Summary of Charges and refund before shipping any returns; any shipping costs, including any address change, re-delivery, re-ship, damage or lost of package by carrier, are not refundable or responsible by Rangate if the shipping label is not provided by Rangate.
Final Details
The Purchaser may request a return of an UNUSED and UNOPENED standard item within 30 calendar days upon receipt of such item ONLY upon written notice and upon payment to Rangate of a reasonable and proper cancellation charges including incurred incoming and outgoing freight costs. Upon an agreed written product return agreement between the Purchaser and Rangate, the Purchaser must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Rangate prior to shipping any returning good back to Rangate according to Rangate's return and shipping instruction. For proper and timely credit, the returning shipment must include this RMA number in the returning shipment without exceptions. Cancellation (re-stocking) charge is subject to a 25% of the invoiced amount on UNUSED and UNOPENED standard products. No return or refund is considered by Rangate for any special order item, any standard item delivered over 30 calendar days, and any item that is USED or OPENED. Product is considered a special order if it is special ordered or design/made-to-order for a Purchaser in a particular sales order, including any item that has been laser marked with Purchaser’s company name or logo. Any payment associated with special item including any deposit is non-refundable, and such orders are not cancellable regardless of whether the Purchaser has issued any purchase order. Order is considered accepted by Purchaser when Purchaser agrees to proceed with order(s) via a written statement by, including but not limited to, email or with a successful required payment deposit, listed in Sales Order. Any shipping and packing charges associated with the return of any product are responsibility of the shipper and are not refundable. Any charges generated by the bank, financial institution, and payment processing locations associated with the refund are responsibility of the refund recipient and account.
